Today, we have over 2\.300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá\-PR, and we maintain over 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** For questions regarding application to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As Transpanorama’s **Operational Assistant**, you will perform the following tasks: * Conduct daily quantitative control to monitor operations; * Carry out monthly surveys of vehicles not invoiced during the first ten days of the month and identify reasons; * Update vehicle information in the system, ensuring correct status and trip registration; * Provide support for controlling ASOs, vacations, and driver days off; * Support control of invoices, telematics, or other requests from management; * Schedule and monitor vehicles allocated for loading and unloading according to deadlines agreed with clients, when necessary; * Monitor and support clients, when required; * Support Logistics Operations coordinators or internal clients, when required; * Support external and internal clients by tracking vehicles, issuing CTEs, providing delivery forecasts, delivery routes, driver data, and proof of delivery; * Issue CTEs for the operations you manage, enabling drivers to execute trips; * Issue fuel vouchers, analyzing the best pricing option according to the established route; * Submit monitoring requests and correct them, when necessary; * Support the grid coordinator with issues related to returns, invoice exchanges, damages, scheduling of loading/unloading, and loading orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Experience/practical knowledge in fuel transportation; * Completed high school education; pursuing a Logistics degree is desirable. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate Excel skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed for You!** At Transpanorama, your well\-being, development, and quality of life come first.
