Assist with daily route planning and order picking, ensuring carriers receive accurate information. Support resolution of routine transportation issues (e.g., delivery rescheduling, driver inquiries, minor delays), escalating complex issues to more experienced analysts. Maintain control spreadsheets, update ERP/WMS systems, and assist in preparing performance reports (KPIs), such as on-time delivery and shipped volume. Assist with cyclic inventory counts and organize documentation for material receipt and dispatch.
