Description

Job Summary: Responsible for mounting, dismounting, inflating, balancing, and repairing truck tires, ensuring workplace safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Truck and trailer tire mounting and maintenance 2. Conducting detailed visual and technical inspections 3. Tire and tool inventory management and organization * Mount, dismount, inflate, and balance truck and trailer tires. * Perform visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage. * Carry out repairs and vulcanizations, where applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Perform tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Monitor and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability. * Maintain and care for tire shop equipment and tools, ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, PPE usage, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during fleet preventive checks. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
