Team guidance and supervision Prepare meals while controlling food quantity, quality, and cooking time to achieve satisfactory results in taste and presentation; Handle meal preparation equipment and utensils; Ensure hygiene during food handling by applying proper cleaning and food preservation methods, as well as arranging for the cleaning of equipment, facilities, utensils, and work areas in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual; Decorate dishes as required; Guide assistants in meal preparation and supervise all tasks performed to maintain quality standards; Assist in team guidance; Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment when performing tasks; Carry out disposal of waste materials generated at the workplace and perform other related tasks as needed; Verify that supplied food items match the prescribed quantity and specifications; Store food items properly to prevent contamination and spoilage; operate stoves and other appliances for food preparation, heating, and refrigeration; Review the daily menu to verify supplies needed for the following day; follow contractual positioning; Collect samples and complete forms according to the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (MBPF); Work in compliance with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection.
