Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and results-oriented Card Operator responsible for approaching customers in-store to acquire cards, insurance products, and personal loans. Focus on monthly targets and pursuit of results We seek a communicative individual who is eager to achieve their performance metrics and results. The Card Operator will be responsible for approaching customers in-store, consistently aiming to issue cards to them. In addition to cards, we offer an insurance portfolio that must be presented to customers who are applying for a card or already hold one. For customers who already possess a card, we offer our personal loan product. The Card Operator will have a monthly target against which their performance will be evaluated.
