Fixed salary R$2,112.81 Benefits offered by the company: - Chartered transportation - Meal voucher – - Breakfast - Health plan assistance - Life insurance Our working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Job Mission** Ensure accurate and timely issuance of outgoing product invoices, aligned with dispatch and logistics processes, guaranteeing tax compliance, data accuracy, and continuous cargo flow. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical training in Administration or Logistics preferred). **Experience:** * Experience in issuing invoices and in dispatch, logistics, or billing processes. * Experience with ERP and SEFAZ systems. **Required Knowledge:** * Tax legislation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS/COFINS. * Types of invoices related to transportation and logistics. * Volume control, delivery manifests, and weighing procedures. * Basic knowledge of route planning and dispatch (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies** * Agility and accuracy * Attention to detail * Organization * Strong communication skills with operational teams * Responsibility and commitment to loading deadlines Employment type: Permanent CLT position Compensation: R$2,112.00 per month
