Telephone customer service and reception of clients who occasionally visit the office. Operation of the administrative system. Issuance of bills (monthly, additional, agreements, etc.). Generation of operational and managerial reports. Submission of documents to the legal department. Issuance of Certificates of Negative Debt (CNDs). Verification of amounts with printing companies and notary offices. Organization, verification, and stamping of physical accountability books. Compilation of virtual accountability books. Processing of physical and virtual mail packages (receiving, verifying, forwarding to accounting, and system entries). Scheduling of periodic medical examinations. Sending pay slips to clients via email and/or time-tracking applications. Updating registration data in the system, including contract analysis (buyer, seller, and property object). Submission of bank remittances (monthly bills and daily bills). Requirements: Undergraduate studies in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with administrative systems, IT tools, and operational routines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
