Organization and archiving of financial documents Financial analysts Accounts Payable: Monitor due dates, schedule payments to suppliers, taxes, and statutory contributions, ensuring timeliness and avoiding penalties. Accounts Receivable: Monitor incoming cash, issue invoices/bills, and collect from delinquent customers. Bank Reconciliation: Verify that transactions recorded in the system match the bank statement. Cash Flow Management: Organize cash flow by monitoring daily payments and receipts to maintain balanced cash balances. Document Organization: Archive invoices, contracts, and payment receipts. Legal contact, Projects and Processes, Coordination of assembly meetings, Bank contact.
