Job Summary: Responsible for member service and assistance, offering products and services, and supporting management in prospecting cooperatives and negotiating. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting management in prospecting and negotiation * Provide direct or telephone assistance to members, offering guidance and clarifications regarding their products and services, accounts, cash services, registration updates, ATM usage, among others; additionally support management in prospecting new cooperative members and negotiating products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for member service in accordance with the quality standards defined by SICOOB; * Market available products and services to generate business for the cooperative, respecting applicable rules, procedures, and current legislation; * Request and verify documentation required for opening checking accounts, payroll accounts, and/or savings accounts, as per checklist; * Update members' registration data; * Consult restrictive databases to expedite member service, recording members' registration restrictions in the system; * Request credit, debit, or multi-function cards and checkbooks for individuals and legal entities, subject to management approval; * Under supervision, process cheque clearance, bills, bank slips, collection documents, and other compensation instruments drawn against the cooperative; * Be accountable for financial and banking transactions conducted, such as cash and cheque entry/exit authentication, cash drawer opening, closing and reconciliation, interbank withdrawals and deposits, cash custody, balance reconciliation, and others; * Identify counterfeit banknotes for forwarding to the Central Bank of Brazil; * Manage cooperative members' expense custody; * Assist members in using self-service channels; * Transfer funds via credit orders and the Brazilian Payment System (SPB); * Perform other tasks assigned by management or arising from organizational and business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * CPA–10 certification Knowledge of the Financial Market * **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * 13th Month Food Basket – Christmas Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Variable Remuneration – Profit Sharing (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Day Off; * +1 Free Day; * Sponsored Pension Plan; * FATES; * Gympass; * Childcare/Babysitter Assistance; * Mental Health Benefit; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Extended Paternity Leave; * Career Development Program. **Cocre** is a cooperative financial institution with over 50 years of history, part of Brazil’s Credit Cooperative System (Sicoob).
