Join our team! :) **Responsibilities** * Perform financial entries; * Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across various company segments; * Execute payments, and record receipts and payments in the ERP system; * Conduct daily bank reconciliations; * Monitor and analyze cash inflows and outflows, and validate financial needs; * Verify and organize financial documents (invoices, bank slips, payment receipts, bank statements, reports); * Issue bank slips, conduct collections, and monitor delinquencies; * Support preparation of cash flow statements and financial forecasts; * Assist with monthly financial closing and interface with accounting; * Serve clients and suppliers by clarifying and resolving financial matters; * Prepare financial reports, expense and revenue analyses for management; * Support the commercial department in credit analysis, financial viability assessment, financing, and contract execution; * Maintain organized digital records of financial documents, invoices, and fiscal notes; * Monitor sold projects and assist in preparing income statements (DRE); * Ensure accuracy and integrity of records and reports; * Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies; **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial routines; * Solid knowledge of accounting classifications; * Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong communication and writing skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization, discipline, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Agility, results orientation, and sense of urgency; * Proactive problem-solving; * Discretion and ethics in handling financial information. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
