Tenneco continues to drive advancements in global mobility by delivering technological solutions to diverse global markets, including light vehicles, commercial trucks, off-road, industrial, motorsports, and replacement markets. **Are you ready to join a global automotive organization and advance your career?** We are hiring a **Financial Manager** for the Monroe® Ride Solutions business unit, headquartered in Mogi Mirim/SP, Brazil. **Key Responsibilities** Manage finance department activities; monitor budget (Budget and Forecast); control manufacturing expenses and investment spending against budget; prepare cost statements for manufactured/sold products; establish appropriate criteria and methods for determining selling prices; calculate manufacturing costs and margins, integrated with accounting; maintain control and analysis of price variances; monitor business planning and implementation; develop pre-launch cost simulations and analyses for new products and modifications to existing products; monitor, develop, and guide employees on company policies and decision-making. **What will make you successful?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Cost/Finance area * Prior experience in the field/function, especially in FP&A and industrial costing * Advanced/Fluent English * Excel * Power BI **Desirable:** Onestream **What do we offer?** We want you to feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired.
