Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales We are seeking a BDR to prospect, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities, serving as the first point of contact between potential customers and the sales team. Responsibilities * Proactively prospecting leads (Outbound) via phone calls, e\-mails, and social media * Managing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria * Conducting market research and identifying opportunities, with a focus on the public sector * Updating the sales pipeline in the CRM * Scheduling meetings for the sales team * Conducting strategic follow\-ups and nurturing lead relationships * Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales * Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) * Delivering initial company and solution presentations Requirements * Experience in prospecting, CRM usage, or commercial roles is a plus * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Interest in sales and business development Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
