Conduct courses, lectures, and seminars THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be verified by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days after graduation). OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN COURSE\*\* .\*\* The required qualifications must be verified by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. AT LEAST ONE OF THE REGULATORY STANDARDS (NR) COURSES: NR5, NR10, NR11, NR12, NR20, NR33, NR35\. The required qualifications must be verified by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY B, D, OR E (AT LEAST ONE IN ANY OF THESE CATEGORIES). FORKLIFT OPERATOR COURSE The required qualifications must be verified by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to Occupational Safety, and Occupational Safety regulatory standards. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise they will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relation to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to the requirement in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
