Job Summary: Viking is seeking a Financial Analyst to professionalize the finance department, support decision-making, and structure, organize, and provide predictability to the company's finance function. Focus on business analysis and strategic vision Viking is in a growth and structuring phase and seeks a **Financial Analyst** to professionalize the finance department and directly support leadership decision-making. This role goes beyond accounts payable and receivable. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, but more importantly, understands the business behind them. Structure, organize, and provide predictability to the company's finance function, ensuring control, analysis, and strategic support for Viking's growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of accounts payable and receivable * Daily bank reconciliation * Preparation and monitoring of cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term) * Development and analysis of managerial income statements (DRE) * Support in profitability analysis by channel/department * Tracking of actual vs. budgeted performance * Creation and monitoring of financial KPIs * Interface with external accounting services * Organization of finance processes and routines * Support to executive management in financial and strategic decisions Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance routines beyond operational tasks * Knowledge of cash flow and income statement (DRE) analysis * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets * Analytical, organized profile with business acumen * Ability to communicate clearly with leadership * Experience with ERP systems (Tiny or Linx Microvix) Benefits: Transportation allowance or reimbursement of R$200.00 per month \- balance available freely on Caju for use in transportation or as preferred; Gympass \- discounted gym membership plans for the employee and one dependent; Online medical consultations; Psychological counseling sessions; Discounts at Pague Menos pharmacies \- 20% to 30%; Discounts on laboratory tests through the Dasa network; On-site meals; Discounts on all Viking products.
