




A professional responsible for machining, adjusting, and repairing parts and tools, ensuring the precision and quality of produced components and the availability of tooling used in production processes. Key responsibilities: Machining parts on conventional machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drilling machines. Performing adjustments, repairs, and maintenance on fixtures, tools, and gauges. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for part manufacturing and adjustment. Conducting dimensional measurements and control using precision instruments. Supporting tooling assembly and providing technical support to production. Ensuring organization and proper storage of used tools. Requirements: Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields. Vocational training programs (e.g., SENAI) are also acceptable. Prior experience as a toolmaker and/or in machining within an industrial environment. Knowledge of conventional machining (lathe, milling machine, grinder, drill press). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). Knowledge of tool and fixture maintenance processes.
