If you seek a solid company with strong growth potential that invests in your future, submit your resume for this position. **Join us in building the future with BRN!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage all procurement processes; * Prepare and balance the Comparative Quotation Table for analysis; * Send contracts to suppliers after approval; * Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers; * Evaluate samples of new materials; * Verify documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations; * Provide support to colleagues regarding supplier- or contract-related questions; * Maintain efficient communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability; * Monitor construction progress and adjust material delivery schedules accordingly; * Identify alternative suppliers in cases of delays in specific material deliveries, to mitigate negative impacts on the construction timeline; * Maintain accurate records of all activities related to material supply; * Perform follow\-up and update purchase orders; * Establish and maintain strong, reliable relationships with strategic suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong negotiation skills; * Proven experience in procurement. **Additional Information** Maternity/Paternity Kit Health insurance Bonus (year-end performance-based) Discounts with BRN partner companies About BRN: Building Dreams, Transforming Regions With a strong presence across inland São Paulo, BRN stands out through strategic developments in over 47 cities.
