It provides people management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Receive, organize, and manage project demands from developments. Conduct critical analysis of architectural drawings, verifying: Compliance with municipal guidelines; Adherence to Fire Department regulations; Compliance with urban legislation, building code, and technical standards. Evaluate and propose improvements to projects, aiming for functional, constructive, and economic efficiency. Analyze drawing efficiency (layout, area utilization, circulation, and feasibility). Act as the focal point with architecture firms and designers, providing continuous technical feedback. Monitor architectural project progress, ensuring deadlines and guidelines are met. Perform integration of complementary projects: Structural; Hydrosanitary; Electrical. Monitor licensing and environmental approval processes. Ensure projects are ready for: Development of 2D mock-ups; Massing study of the development; Supporting technical and legal feasibility studies to define the number of units, in accordance with legislation and construction potential. Tasks relevant to standard Project Manager routines. Position based in Penha / SC.
