PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Doorman **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium paid by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN FRONT DESK AND/OR SECURITY ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate compliance with the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be proven by: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly linking the registered position to the one sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous professional payment receipt (RPA), explicitly describing duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the registered position alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
