If you seek a solid company with strong growth that invests in your future, submit your resume for this position. **Join BRN in building the future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform quantity takeoffs of materials, labor, equipment, and services required for the project. * Develop cost estimates based on architectural, structural, and execution drawings. * Assess the project’s financial viability, considering projected costs, revenues, and profit margins. * Align estimated costs with the physical construction schedule, ensuring financial resources are available at each project stage. * Monitor actual costs during construction execution, comparing them against the initial budget and identifying improvement opportunities. * Research market prices, negotiate contracts, and validate quotations to secure optimal commercial terms. * Prepare financial and performance reports for managers and stakeholders. * Provide detailed analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure all costs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project specifications. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits or reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Experience in construction budgeting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel. **Additional Information** Maternity/Paternity Kit Health Insurance Bonus (year-end result) Discounts with BRN partners About BRN: Building Dreams, Transforming Regions With a strong presence across inland São Paulo, BRN stands out through strategic developments in over 47 cities.
