




**Work Location:** Cordeirópolis/SP **Description:** We are seeking an HR Analyst to join our team. **Responsibilities:** Hiring employees, including registration and contracts; onboarding, with initial guidance; time tracking, covering working hours, absences, and time bank; payroll processing, including calculations and deductions; labor charges, such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF; benefits, including meal vouchers and health plans; vacation management, including scheduling and payments; employment termination, including settlement calculations and related forms; e-Social reporting for submission of labor information; accessory obligations, such as RAIS and DIRF; leaves of absence, involving medical certificates and licenses; answering employee inquiries; and other related HR duties. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; solid experience in HR administrative routines, especially payroll processing; and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary negotiable; health insurance; dental insurance; meal voucher; on-site meals; profit-sharing program (PLR); performance bonuses; chartered transportation service for the cities of Araras, Cordeirópolis, Santa Gertrudes, Limeira, and Iracemápolis. **Note:** Candidates residing outside Araras, Cordeirópolis, Santa Gertrudes, Limeira, or Iracemápolis must own a personal vehicle.
