Job Summary: We are seeking a Heat Treatment Operator to apply controlled thermal cycles and relieve residual stresses in pipelines and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Apply thermal cycles to mitigate harmful effects and relieve stresses 2. Prepare and inspect parts for heat treatment 3. Monitor and maintain equipment and workplace environment We are looking for a professional for the position of Heat Treatment Operator. If you match this profile, don’t hesitate to apply for this job. * Apply controlled thermal cycles to pipelines, structures, fittings, equipment, or their components to mitigate harmful effects caused by severe thermal gradients inherent in manufacturing processes, and to relieve residual stresses resulting from welding; * Prepare parts for heat treatment by performing appropriate inspection and insulation; * Graphically monitor the heat treatment process and control heating/cooling at the soak temperature; * Perform thermal insulation following company procedures. * Participate, when summoned, in technical or behavioral training sessions conducted internally; * Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments under your responsibility, as well as the workplace environment. Minimum 6 months of experience in this role CBSP /THUET \- VALID Heat treatment course.
