Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting safety inspections, authorizing activities, training teams, and ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NR) on construction sites. Incident investigation and preparation of PPE reports **Occupational Safety Technician – Paulínia/SP** **Work Location:** Construction site – Paulínia/SP **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or provided transportation, meals on-site, life insurance, and others. * **Proven experience with CTPS** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections at work fronts; * Authorize activities according to JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Work Permit (WP), and other documents required by the client and/or current legislation; * Guide and train teams on safety rules and procedures; * Ensure compliance with NR-18 and other applicable Regulatory Standards; * Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents, proposing corrective actions; * Prepare reports and monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Maintain transparent and collaborative relationships with the client. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Proven experience in civil construction projects; * Residency in Paulínia/SP or nearby regions; * Immediate availability to start.
