Process governance and operational maturity advancement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Conduct monthly monitoring of the PEX (Excellence Program) with unit directors, ensuring critical interpretation of indicators, identification of deviations, and prioritization of critical topics. Structure and monitor corrective and preventive action plans arising from non-conformities identified in the PEX, ensuring assignment of responsibilities, deadlines, and evidence of execution. Act as the focal point for process governance (exclusively for franchises), guiding and supporting units in correctly applying corporate processes to ensure compliance, standardization, and operational maturity advancement.
