We are hiring a kitchen assistant. Schedule: 12 hours on, 3 hours off. Good salary and food basket.

Job Summary: An intern will support the Development Engineering team, focusing on stamping and welded assemblies, including documentation, organization, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous learning in a Lean Manufacturing environment The intern will support the Development Engineering team’s activities, with focus on stamping and welded assemblies. Responsibilities include development, updating, and control of all engineering documentation, covering manufacturing documentation and ISO Qualitas system requirements. The intern will assist in preparing and organizing the signed production folder, ensuring correct compilation and traceability of technical documents. They will also conduct follow-up of activities and processes, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for completing, updating, and monitoring departmental KPIs, providing direct support to process analysts under the guidance of the technical team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support Development Engineering team activities, focusing on stamping and welded assemblies, contributing to preparation and updating of technical documentation, development of tools and fixtures, follow-up, try-out monitoring, support in process feasibility analysis, participation in continuous improvement projects, as well as completion and monitoring of Development Engineering KPIs, always under the guidance of the technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields). **Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with **engineering documentation**, manufacturing documentation, and version control. * Basic knowledge of **quality management systems** (e.g., ISO/IATF, ISO Qualitas, or similar). * Familiarity with performance indicators (**KPIs**) and continuous improvement concepts. * Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings** and process specifications. **Skills** * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for document control and signed production folders. * Strong communication skills to support process analysts and interact with related departments. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility. * Ability to track activities (follow-up) and manage deadlines. * Analytical mindset to support process feasibility analyses. **Tools and IT** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel (spreadsheets, controls, and indicators). * Basic knowledge of document management systems is desirable. **Courses and Certifications (Desirable)** * Courses in **Lean Manufacturing**, **Kaizen**, or **Continuous Improvement**. * Introductory courses in **Quality Tools** (PDCA, FMEA, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Technical or complementary courses in **manufacturing processes and/or process engineering**.
