With a focus on innovation, it provides products and services across multiple industries. **Responsibilities:** Create and refine analytical products and methodologies, conducting performance tests to ensure technical quality in Lubricants and Metalworking. Support leadership in organizing routines, managing input materials, and executing macro-level laboratory projects. Define and monitor manufacturing processes (scale\-up) to ensure full fidelity between laboratory development and large-scale production. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date product registrations, GHS classifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), emergency response sheets, and technical specifications. Guarantee full adherence to safety, environmental (EHS), and internal operational procedures. Position based in Araras / SP. Previous experience as an Innovation Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Market Researcher, or Technology Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role.
