If you have experience teaching high school classes and wish to teach with purpose, responsibility, and excellence, we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Teach subject content within your field of expertise to high school classes; * Plan lessons aligned with the BNCC and the Political-Pedagogical Project; * Develop assessments, projects, activities, and evaluation tools; * Encourage critical thinking, responsibility, ethics, and youth leadership; * Monitor students’ academic and socioemotional performance; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and continuous professional development; * Maintain respectful communication with coordination, families, and the school team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate teacher training degree in the relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Biology, History, Chemistry, Philosophy, Sociology, Portuguese Language, English, etc.); * Proven experience teaching high school classes; * Familiarity with the BNCC, active learning methodologies, and college entrance exam/ENEM preparation; * Strong classroom management skills and ability to mediate conflicts; * Ability to motivate students and foster meaningful learning. **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance – BRL 180.00/month; * Amil health insurance with copayment; (optional, fully funded by the employee) * Transportation allowance; * Up to two tuition scholarships for children, effective after the probationary period;
