Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and in the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and effective integration experience. * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and develop Training and Development programs aligned with organizational competencies. * Coordinate and monitor entry-level programs such as internships and apprenticeships, from structuring through participant follow-up. * Conduct frequent alignment meetings with HR, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure development initiatives are integrated with business strategies and needs. * Monitor T&D performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to processes. * Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leaders in managing and developing their teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in Training and Development, Onboarding, and Young Talent Programs. * Knowledge of learning methodologies and development pathways. * Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. **Additional Information** Monday to Friday Meal/Voucher Allowance; Transportation Voucher (Pass); Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Totalpass; Pharmacy Benefits; Partnerships and agreements with universities and language schools.
