Job Summary:
Will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, optimizing industrial processes, and promoting operational safety and efficiency.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST
Will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, promoting industrial process optimization, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement, always with a focus on operational safety and efficiency.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop continuous improvement and process optimization projects;
* Map processes and analyze performance indicators;
* Conduct time and motion studies;
* Apply Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
**Requirements:**
\- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or other Engineering disciplines, with experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing;
\- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
\- Knowledge of BPMN, MASP, PDCA, A3, and 8D;
\- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM/WCM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Power BI is desirable.
\- Must reside in Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, or Nova Odessa/SP.
