Job Summary: The Waiter/Server will be responsible for providing direct customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring courteous and efficient service while maintaining quality standards and hospitality. Quality standards and hospitality **Position: Waiter** **Salary:** **R$ 2\.150,47 to R$ 2\.365,51 \+ BONUS** **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off — Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. **Job Description** The **Waiter/Server** will be responsible for providing direct customer service, presenting the menu, serving food and beverages, and ensuring courteous and efficient service. They will also assist in salon organization, table setup, and routine operations of the restaurant or buffet, maintaining the company’s quality standards and hospitality. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet customers and escort them to their tables, present the menu, and clarify any questions; * Take and relay orders to respective departments (kitchen and bar); * Serve food and beverages according to service norms and standards; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and restocking of items at tables and in the salon; * Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to additional requests courteously; * Set up and clear tables before and after service; * Support events and buffet services, maintaining agile service flow; * Maintain personal appearance and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Assist with bill settlement and consumption control when required. **Benefits** * Basic Food Basket * Dental Plan * Medical Plan * Life Insurance * Workplace Gymnastics * English Classes * Transportation Allowance * Psychoanalytic Therapy * Free Parking * Birthday Day Off **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a waiter, server, or in customer-facing roles; * Customer service techniques and etiquette, food and beverage handling; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, agility, attention to detail, and teamwork; * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and special events. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in hotels, buffets, or corporate events; * Customer Service or Restaurant Service Techniques training (a plus); * Basic knowledge of wines, beverages, and tray handling; * Ability to interact effectively with the public and maintain a professional demeanor.
