Job Summary:
Reception and organization in a clinical setting, responsible for patient reception and scheduling, as well as material management.
Key Highlights:

**Requirements:**
\- Experience in dental or medical clinics is a plus;
\- Flexible availability;
\- Completed high school education;
\- Proactivity and willingness to learn;
\- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
**Job Responsibilities:**
\- Greet patients, identify them, and assess their needs to provide information, receive messages, and refer them to dentists, aiming to expedite service delivery;
\- Manage and confirm professionals' appointment schedules, including rescheduling;
\- Sort, file, and organize patient records and documents;
\- Receive, manage, and deliver external materials from dental prosthetic laboratories to respective personnel;
\- Handle patient communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email;
\- Resolve conflicts;
\- Maintain workplace organization.
**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, and Saturdays, 08:00–12:00
Monday to Friday, 09:30–19:00, and Saturdays, 08:00–12:00
**NOTE: The reception operates on rotating shifts; therefore, availability for both schedules above is required.**
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position
Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month
