Responsibilities: Prepare artisanal doughs following natural or controlled fermentation processes. Stretch doughs (bases/disks) while maintaining ideal texture and lightness. Assemble pizzas with strict attention to quality standards. Work with traditional sauce and topping recipes. Operate ovens and control baking time and temperature. Maintain organization, hygiene, and careful handling of ingredients. Requirements: Prior experience as a pizzaiolo(a) or assistant is a plus. Knowledge of or interest in learning about dough fermentation. Proficiency in dough handling (stretching). Agility, organization, and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with artisanal or long-fermentation pizzas. Passion for flavor profiles, texture, and presentation.
