Job Summary: Industrial machine operator for the metallurgical sector, responsible for operating, monitoring, inspecting, and making adjustments in accordance with safety standards. Preventive maintenance and technical compliance **Responsibilities:** Operate industrial machines used in the metallurgical production process; Feed and monitor machine operation to ensure quality and productivity; Conduct visual inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with technical standards; Perform simple adjustments and basic preventive maintenance tasks; Follow company safety regulations and operational procedures. **Requirements:** Prior experience operating machinery in the metallurgical sector; Completed elementary or high school education; Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus. **Benefits:** Medical plan (São Lucas – 50% co-payment); Dental plan; On-site meal (free of charge); Transportation allowance OR cost assistance of R$ 300.00; Life insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
