Assembly Assistant

Job Summary: Assist in assembling electrical infrastructure, transporting materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment, contributing to service efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience or formal education required * Assist in assembling bed infrastructure, conduits, cable trays, armored cables, and perforated or smooth cable trays; * Participate in the fabrication and assembly of supports for electrical installations; * Install de-energized cables, following technical team instructions; * Transport tools, equipment, and materials required by electricians and assemblers; * Assist in excavating trenches for grounding system installation; * Maintain an organized and safe work environment, complying with company safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to ensure service efficiency and quality. ### **Requirements:** * Desire to learn and grow professionally; * Commitment to following internal and external safety regulations; * No prior experience in this role or formal education required. * Availability for domestic travel and accommodation. **Compensation:** * R$ 2.000,00 + 10% Attendance Bonus = R$ 2.200,00 * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Flash Card: R$35.00 per worked day; * Support for Persons with Disabilities (PCDs); * Internal Career Opportunities; * "I Recommend" Program; * SESC Partnership, among others. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00 | Friday: 07:00–16:00 ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Transportation Allowance ### **Department:** Operations
