If you want to be part of all this, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research, analyze, and interpret regulations and regulatory requirements issued by competent authorities; * Provide regulatory support to distributors; * Manage Regulatory Strategy; * Identify and consolidate documentation relevant to regulatory submissions; * Draft responses to notifications from competent authorities; * Support product development from a regulatory perspective; * Classify new products according to applicable regulatory requirements; * Produce and review labeling texts for supplements and foods; * Review supporting materials for events and website content; * Provide regulatory support to the import and export departments; * Assemble and file applications for novel foods and ingredients; * Validate suppliers and raw materials; * Assess cosmetic formulations from a regulatory standpoint; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Pharmacy, Food Engineering, or Nutrition; * Fluent English; * Intermediate Spanish; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in the field.
