




* Conduct end-to-end selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews, and feedback). * Support managers in defining job profiles and requirements. * Develop and administer tests and group dynamics when necessary. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process. * Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing channels, hiring quality). * Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in teams.
