High chance of permanent hiring **RECRUITER (SENIOR ANALYST)** Temporary position – **6 months**, with **high chance of permanent hiring** **Salary:** To be negotiated **Work schedule:** 3 days on / 2 days off (may be adjusted as needed) **Location:** Paulínia / SP **Work locations:** Paulínia, Sorocaba, Itapevi, MG, Goiânia, and Cuiabá **Responsibilities:** * Conducting nationwide recruitment and selection processes, managing high volumes * Using attraction tools, candidate screening, and digital platforms * Conducting selection processes for various departments and levels, including remotely * Providing advisory support to managers, assisting in defining profiles, attraction strategies, and decision-making **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields * Experience in HR, with focus on Recruitment and Selection * Dynamism, initiative, and strong communication skills * Planning, organization, control, and confidentiality * Strong interpersonal skills **Expected Profile:** * Analytical and advisory mindset * Organization and sense of priority * Clear communication and professional demeanor Job type: Temporary Contract duration: 180 days Compensation: R$4.000,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
