




Job Summary: Professional to supervise teams, ensure production plans are met, monitor key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement and departmental organization. Promotes training and feedback, acting as a team facilitator. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Directly supervise shift leaders, operators, inspectors, assistants, and verifiers, ensuring operational discipline, quality, and safety; · Ensure execution of the production plan defined by the Manager, adjusting workforce and resources as needed; · Control team overtime and breaks, reporting requirements to HR and Production Manager; · Monitor and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, flagging urgent issues and spare parts needs; · Ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S standards during assigned shift/department; · Support implementation of continuous improvement practices (Lean Manufacturing) in collaboration with the Production Manager; · Monitor performance indicators (efficiency, scrap, downtime, productivity) and propose improvements; · Conduct hands-on training and refresher courses on production and safety procedures; · Provide ongoing feedback to the team, acting as a facilitator between employees and management. · Monitor daily production scheduling, reporting deviations and failures to the Production Manager; · Assist communication between the operator team and the PCP department, ensuring goals, priorities, and adjustments are clearly understood; · Monitor compliance with production procedures, reporting relevant incidents to the Production Manager and HR; · Support process inventory and warehouse inventory control, verifying stock data and reporting inconsistencies. · Guide apprentices in collecting and entering production data; · Use consolidated information to track goals and operational KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** · Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; · Prior experience in production processes and team leadership; · Basic/intermediate computer skills; · Forklift/pallet jack operator license is desirable; · Knowledge of raw materials (PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC) is considered a plus.
