Description

A large-scale domestic industry is hiring a professional to join its International Procurement/Import team. The professional's **main responsibilities** include: * Monitoring cargo readiness with suppliers and verifying import shipping documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.); * Authorizing shipments to freight forwarders and performing necessary follow-up; * Sending customs clearance instructions to the customs broker and monitoring customs clearance; * Managing special customs regimes, Temporary Admission, and Customs Warehousing, ensuring correct application and control of fiscal benefits; * Conducting fiscal classification analysis of goods (NCM); determining product catalog attributes for DUIMP and analyzing applicable administrative treatment, in compliance with current legislation; * Assessing the need for LI/LPCO for products; * Planning and coordinating shipment scheduling, monitoring deadlines and execution with internal and external stakeholders; * Controlling and verifying all expenses incurred in import processes and entering them into the import system for payment by Finance; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) related to import processes and proposing continuous improvements; * Preparing import cost forecasts considering logistics costs and calculating taxes applicable to imports, including II, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and AFRMM. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in import activities, fiscal classification, ex-tariff applications, and international documentation (AWB, HBL, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin). * Proficiency in spreadsheets, logistics KPIs, and feasibility analysis. * Knowledge of customs legislation. * Familiarity with Siscomex / Single Portal (DUIMP). * Experience with the TOTVS system's Import Module will be considered an advantage. * Intermediate English proficiency. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
