Job Summary: Fleet Data Analyst to work on data management and analysis, development of indicators, cost monitoring, and leadership support for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. With its operations expanding at the Paulínia unit, it is launching a **Selection Process for Fleet Data Analyst. This position is exclusively for PwD (Persons with Disabilities).** **AREAS:** * Fleet Maintenance **Main Responsibilities** * Analysis and management of data from Maintenance areas; * Development of performance indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards; * Consolidation, processing, and standardization of data from multiple operational sources; * Analysis of maintenance team performance (response time, rework, and efficiency in service authorizations); * Monitoring of maintenance costs and supplier contracts, identifying opportunities for reduction; * Tracking of parts-related KPIs and SLAs; * Preparation of managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making; * Leadership support through studies and insights focused on continuous improvement; * Transformation of data into strategic information to increase productivity and operational efficiency; **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Basic mechanical knowledge **Desirable Qualification:** * Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills; **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00.
