The Access Controller will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and service providers, playing an essential role in the organization and operation of the condominium. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles; * Receive and guide visitors and service providers; * Record movements and incidents in the control system; * Ensure compliance with access rules and site security; * Collaborate with the front desk and administration team whenever necessary. **Mandatory Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (06:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM). **We Offer:** * Meal allowance: BRL 14.06 per worked day; * Food allowance: BRL 187.00 (basic food basket); * Transportation voucher (round trip); * Night shift premium, when applicable; * Full-time CLT employment with formal registration and all rights guaranteed.
