Join the BAUMINAS team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Quality Control and Release:** Responsible for issuing analysis reports and certificates (raw materials, in-process, and finished products), managing counter-samples, and validating batches for release or blocking of shipments. * **Asset and Input Management:** Supervision of equipment maintenance, calibration, and verification; management of inventory for reagents, glassware, and controlled substances, as well as laboratory asset inventory. * **Standardization and Documentation:** Development and review of technical specifications, analytical methodologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring updates in accordance with current regulations. * **People Development:** Defining team responsibilities, developing training materials, and delivering technical training (sampling, analyses, and safety). * **Audits and Continuous Improvement:** Participation in internal audits, identification of process failures, handling of non-conformities, and support in developing the annual quality management plan. * **Compliance and Safety (SSMA):** Ensuring proper disposal of waste, controlling laboratory access, supervising use of PPE, and maintaining organization (housekeeping). **Requirements and Qualifications** * EDUCATION: Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry or related field, with active CRQ registration. * ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE: Laboratory analysis routines; Quality management; ISO quality standards; Regulatory affairs; Volumetric and ICP analyses; Microsoft Office suite. * RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE: Protheus/Totvs * SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: Control; Ethics and transparency; Organization; Proactivity; Leadership; People management; Analytical mindset; Ability to train others; Conflict mediation; Problem solving. * VALUES: Ethics, confidentiality, and commitment. * EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Suppliers, third-party service providers, customers, public agencies, and auditors. **Additional Information** The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating integrally within the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
