Job Summary: Operate spinning machines to ensure quality and efficiency, supply and handle materials, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Operate spinning department machines to ensure production process quality and efficiency; supply machines and handle materials, including pallet transportation; maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. This role requires physical effort, including material handling and lifting, as well as working in an environment with airborne dust (textile fibers) and exposure to heat. **Requirements:** \- Formal work experience in production and/or general machine operation; \- Residence in Americana, Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Nova Odessa, or Sumaré (only in the neighborhoods of Bordon, Picerno, and Rosa e Silva); \- Completed elementary education. **Work Schedule:** From 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM (rotating 6x1 or 6x2 schedule, to be defined by the company upon hiring). **Benefits:** Shuttle service, on-site meals, meal allowance, medical insurance, dental insurance, pharmacy benefits, optical benefits, life insurance, psychological support for employees, TotalPass, Profit Participation Program (PPR), and partnership with SESI.
