




Job Summary: Logistics professional responsible for customer service, route planning, process analysis, and administrative/operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis of logistics processes for continuous improvement **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and follow-up via system (digital platforms and/or email); * Planning and routing of collection routes; * Critical analysis of logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities; * Control, submission, and updating of documents on environmental agency websites; * Administrative and operational support for the logistics department; * Data entry and control in spreadsheets and ERP system. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Logistics; * Must reside in Americana/SP or Santa Bárbara d'Oeste; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Knowledge of environmental agency procedures is a plus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal and Food Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) **Salary:** We are discussing salary expectations.
