We believe that diverse experiences and perspectives add value to the business and drive increasingly consistent results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the annual Budget preparation, consolidation, and monitoring process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategies and goals. * Prepare and monitor periodic Forecasts, analyzing variances, trends, and proposing corrective actions in coordination with business units. * Perform control and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and proper elimination of balances and transactions among group companies. * Conduct financial and managerial analyses to support leadership decision-making. * Prepare executive presentations and managerial reports with financial performance indicators. * Support monthly closing processes, ensuring consistency of financial and managerial information. * Develop and enhance dashboards and analytical models for performance tracking. * Drive continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and financial governance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of data used in financial planning processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP\&A), or related areas. * Proven experience in Budget and Forecast preparation and monitoring. * Consistent experience in intercompany transaction control and reconciliation. * Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, performance indicators, and budget management. * Experience with medium- and large-scale ERP systems. * Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation. * Advanced Power BI skills for dashboard development, data modeling, and creation of managerial KPIs. * Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across departments and hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience within corporate groups comprising multiple companies or business units. * Knowledge of financial consolidation processes. * Experience in finance-related automation and digital transformation projects. * Knowledge of SQL or other data analytics tools. **Additional Information** **WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM **LOCATION**: BETEL UNIT \- PAULÍNIA **WHAT WE OFFER:** Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Medical Assistance / Life Insurance; Dental Assistance; Gym and Well-being Allowance; Partnerships with universities and language schools; Birthday Day Off.
