Job Summary: Coordinate production planning, optimize material usage, and ensure on-time order delivery with minimal waste and maximum efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of unforeseen issues and synchronization with logistics. ***Job Objective*** * Your mission is to organize the order queue received from Sales, plan daily machine production schedules, and ensure customer delivery deadlines are met—always striving for minimal steel waste. ***Main Duties and Responsibilities*** * Organize the Production Queue: Determine what each machine will cut and bend daily, grouping orders that use the same steel thickness to enable faster factory production. * Control Steel Waste: Use the factory’s system to plan bar and coil cutting, ensuring optimal material utilization and minimizing scrap surplus. * Align Delivery Deadlines with Sales: Inform the sales team about the factory’s actual delivery capacity to avoid promising deadlines that production cannot meet. * Resolve Unforeseen Issues and Urgent Requests: Calmly assess urgent orders that Sales needs to accommodate, identifying the best way to fulfill them without disrupting other customers’ orders. * Synchronize with Logistics (Delivery): Plan production in coordination with truck departures to prevent finished goods from sitting idle and occupying space in the factory yard. ***Desired Profile (Requirements)*** * Education: Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience in production planning (PCP) within steel manufacturing plants, metallurgical facilities, or transformation industries. * Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency, and—above all—the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts with both the sales and factory teams. ***\- Work Location: Must reside in or have easy access to the Limeira/SP region.*** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
