Full management of team and store operations **Store Manager \- Retail (Fashion and Accessories) – Mogi Guaçu/SP** **Job Description:** We seek a dynamic and strategic leader to manage an established franchise unit located in a Mogi Guaçu shopping center. If you have a hands-on profile, social media proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **People Management:** Lead a team of sales associates, responsible for recruitment, ongoing training, and performance feedback. * **Commercial Focus:** Boost in-store sales and drive the online channel (social media/WhatsApp), adapting to evolving consumer behavior. * **Partnership Strategy:** Prospect partnerships with local schools and businesses to generate new customer flows (especially during seasonal periods). * **Administrative Management:** Manage cash closing, time sheets, commission calculations, and system entries required by the shopping center. * **Operations and VM:** Inventory management, goods receipt, and Visual Merchandising maintenance per brand guidelines. * **Communication:** Direct interface with the franchisor and strategic reporting to franchisees. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year** of retail management experience. * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). * Proficiency in digital tools and social media for sales. * Proactive, analytical profile with excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Availability to work on shopping center shift schedules. **Benefits and Additional Information:** * **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ variable bonus based on sales and targets. * **Benefits:** Transportation and meal allowances. * **Schedule:** Flexible shifts (within shopping center operating hours: Mon–Sat 10 AM–10 PM \| Sun 2 PM–8 PM). * **Location:** Mogi Guaçu/SP (candidates from the region are welcome).
