Our purpose is belonging: making every person feel part of our story. **ABOUT THE POSITION** We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst with an analytical mindset and results orientation to manage and optimize the website, directly contributing to sales growth and e\-commerce performance improvement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and optimize e\-commerce performance, focusing on increasing sales and conversion; * Resize and process product images for the website (CorelDRAW), ensuring visual quality and standardization; * Plan and execute commercial campaigns on the website (promotions, launches, and seasonality); * Manage and update the platform (product listings, descriptions, and campaigns); * Coordinate initiatives with sponsorship platforms, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and traffic; * Propose continuous improvements based on data analysis and consumer behavior; * Support traffic and performance enhancement strategies (SEO, campaigns, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with e\-commerce, preferably focused on performance; * Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar design tools; * Analytical profile, capable of working with goals and metrics. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with e\-commerce platforms; * Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar); * Retail industry experience. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary aligned with the role; * Performance bonuses; * Transportation allowance; * Employee purchase discount; * Gympass with Basic plan included; * Psychological development support; * Confarma Telemedicine (Includes: monthly physical education guidance; unlimited veterinary consultations; monthly nutritionist guidance; and unlimited consultations across all other specialties).
