**Job Description** We are seeking a technically skilled, disciplined professional who pays close attention to the fundamentals of sound industrial maintenance. The Monitoring Inspector will be responsible for performing **vibration data collection on industrial equipment**, following established procedures and reliable technical criteria, always applying critical judgment to the results obtained. They will also perform **machine and motor alignment and balancing services**, adhering to sound mechanical practices and the precision required for such tasks. Additionally, they will provide **technical support for mechanical maintenance**, assisting with disassembly, assembly, inspections, and adjustments, thereby contributing to asset reliability and customers’ operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Collecting and recording vibration data from machines and industrial equipment; * Conducting preliminary analysis of collected data and preparing technical reports on observed conditions; * Performing shaft alignment and rotor and assembly balancing; * Providing technical support for corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance; * Strictly complying with safety regulations, procedures, and technical standards. **Desired Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of vibration, alignment, and balancing; * Experience in industrial environments and mechanical maintenance; * Responsible, inquisitive, and quality-oriented profile. **Work Schedule** * **44-hour weekly work schedule**; * **Monday through Friday**, with standard working hours; * **Saturday until noon**.
