Mechanical Engineer to supervise and lead the maintenance team for air conditioning and climate control systems under the Banco do Brasil contract. The professional will be responsible for the technical and operational management of the contract, ensuring proper equipment operation, compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and current technical regulations. Main responsibilities * Supervise, coordinate and lead the maintenance team for air conditioning and refrigeration systems; * Provide technical accountability for the team and services performed under the contract; * Monitor and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; * Prepare, analyze and present monthly technical reports; * Serve as the focal point for Banco do Brasil managers and hierarchical positions; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations and contractual requirements; * Provide technical support to the team in diagnosing issues, implementing solutions and improving systems. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer; * Experience in managing and leading maintenance teams; * Knowledge of preparing technical reports; * Strong communication skills for direct interaction with clients and managers; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internal systems). Preferred qualifications * Experience in large-scale contracts or financial institutions; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards (ABNT, NRs); * Experience in high-demand corporate environments.
