We are looking for a **Machinery Maintenance Specialist** to join our team. If you identify with this position and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures and propose technical solutions; * Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment technical manuals; * Train and develop the maintenance team in identifying failures and performing subsequent repairs through installations and replacements of parts, components, and/or systems; * Monitor maintenance indicators and propose improvement actions aimed at resolving root causes; * Develop documentation and specifications supporting maintenance processes; * Complete maintenance reports and update records in the management system; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Provide technical support to the maintenance team and collaborate on operational training; * Suggest process and equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Follow instructions from your immediate supervisor, company regulations, work procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain appropriate conduct in social interactions within the organization and in performing your duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. **Preferred qualifications:** * Relevant specialization. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate English and Spanish. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan with co-payment for consultations and exams \- extended to legal dependents (spouse and children up to age 18\) * Meal allowance * On-site cafeteria at VÍNCULA * Life insurance * PPR agreement (Profit-Sharing Program) * Workplace gymnastics * SESI (social services) club agreement * Dental insurance * Pharmacy card * Partnerships with educational institutions * Day Off * Mais Cuidado Plan \- Integrated Well-being Solution (Physical and Mental Health) Join Víncula, a Brazilian multinational leader in the medical devices market!
